Gentle yoga stretches and breathing to prepare for a guided Yoga Nidra done lying comfortably on your mat. Afterwards, we will end with a guided seated meditation which focuses on awareness of breath and the use of a mantra. This class is suitable for everyone.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels welcome!
Power Yoga is an Ashtanga based class suitable for anyone who wants to build strength, flexibility and take their practice to a deeper level. The class structure emphasises a focus on the breath, balance, while holding strength building poses.
The class combines a Vinyasa Flow class and ends with a short guided meditation. The combination of movement, breath and meditation allows the yoga practitioner to experience deep relaxation.
Join Lou Ann for a gentle yoga class, ideal for beginners as well as more experienced practioners. Poses will include a mixture of asansas to build stregnth, flexibility and balance. What a wonderful way to start your day!
The Ashtanga Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa, meaning yoga therapy, because of the cleansing and toning effect it has on both body and mind. Come and enjoy a practice based on the traditional primary series led by Lee. All poses can be modified. Some yoga experience is recommended.
This all level class is suitable for beginners or more experienced practitioners. It combines gentle Vinyasa flow movements to increase flexibility, relieve stress and better connect the breath, body and mind.
