Studio classes

Monday, Guided Meditation 6pm -7pm

  Gentle yoga stretches and breathing to prepare for a guided Yoga Nidra done lying comfortably on your mat. Afterwards, we will end with  a guided seated meditation which focuses on awareness of breath and the use of a mantra. This class is suitable for everyone. 

Monday, 4:30 - 5:30 pm -Present Power Flow

Present Power Yoga is an Ashtanga  based Vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels. The practice helps the practitioner  to build  flexibility,  strength and  mindfulness. 

Tuesday, 6:00 -7:00 pm - Gentle Flow Yoga with Renee

This is class is a more gentle style of Vinyasa, and includes flow, balance, strength and breathing techniques. It is designed to give some challenge to students, relieve stress and deepen the mind/body connection.  What an amazing way to end your day.  All levels welcome!

Wednesday, 4:30 -5:30 pm - Vinyasa with Stacy

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.  This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.  All levels welcome!

Wednesday, 6-7:15 pm - Power Yoga with Jimmy

Power Yoga is an Ashtanga  based class suitable for anyone who wants to build strength, flexibility and take their practice to a deeper level. The class structure emphasises a focus on the breath,  balance, while holding strength building poses.

Thursday, 6-7:15 pm - Evening Flow and Meditation with Dianne

The class combines a Vinyasa Flow class and ends with a short guided Yoga Nidra meditation. The combination of movement, breath and meditation allows the yoga practitioner to experience deep relaxation.

Saturday, 9 - 10 am - Beginner Class with Lou Ann

Join Lou Ann for a beginner yoga class!  What a wonderful way to start your day!

Sunday, 8:30 - 9:45 am - Led Primary Practice with Lee

The Ashtanga Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa, meaning yoga therapy, because of the cleansing and toning effect it has on both body and mind.  Come and enjoy a traditional primary series led by Lee.  All poses can be modified.  Some yoga experience is recommended.

Sunday, 10:00 - 11:00 am - Sunday AM Flow with Renee/ Lou Ann

This all level class is suitable for beginners or more experienced practitioners.  It combines gentle Vinyasa flow movements to increase flexibility, relieve stress and better connect  the breath, body and mind.
