We are thrilled to partner with Pawsitive Rescue in Middle Island for this special event! As a tax-exempt, nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal rescue, their mission is saving lives, providing care, and finding forever homes for dogs in need.
Everyone deserves a second chance at being the best they can be — dogs, cats, and humans! Make a pawsitive impact in their lives and consider attending the class and supporting this rescue while practicing yoga, snuggling, and socializing with the pups!
We are genuinely ecstatic to host this class and raise money for these beautiful pups!

We will also be collecting goods for the rescue organization! A box will be set up in the lobby! They are ALWAYS in need of towels, blankets (no fringes or heating elements) tide pods, toys, food, collars, leashes, bowls, paper towels, garbage bags, bleach, pine sole and much more.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation that allows the body to relax while the mind remains gently aware. In this practice, you’ll be guided through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization to release tension and calm the nervous system.
Perfect for all levels, Yoga Nidra is done lying down in a comfortable position—no movement required. It’s especially helpful for reducing stress, improving sleep, and creating a sense of inner balance and clarity.
Come as you are, get cozy, and allow yourself the space to rest, reset, and restore.

Join us for a fun and engaging yoga experience designed especially for preschoolers! Lou Ann Roche brings her passion and expertise to every class, incorporating yoga, mindfulness, art, music, and movement to spark joy and creativity in young children.
About Lou Ann:
-Certified in the Yoga Rocks Kids Program
-Retired elementary school teacher with 32 years of experience
-Taught children ages 3–10 in both school and studio settings
-Brought yoga and mindfulness to students in the South Country and Patchogue-Medford school districts
-Currently leads early childhood programs at the Middle Country Public Library
This is a wonderful opportunity for your little one to stretch, breathe, and have fun in a supportive and creative environment!

Men’s Stretch
March 28th

This class is designed specifically for men looking to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall recovery. Whether you lift weights, run, play sports, or spend long hours sitting, this session focuses on releasing tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and lower back.
Expect a guided sequence of deep stretches, mobility drills, and controlled breathing to increase range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and support joint health. The pace is steady and accessible, making it suitable for beginners while still beneficial for experienced athletes.
No prior yoga experience is required. Come as you are and leave feeling looser, stronger, and more balanced.
