Join Yoga instructor Angela Marschall for a special workshop. Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice that focuses on long held passive Yoga poses to target deeper layers of connective body tissues. The practice helps one slow down, find stillness and deep relaxation. No experience is necessary to attend these classes.
The next session is 1/10 till 2/21.
Cost per class is $15.00.
