Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice to optimize the energy flow in the body. It involves using gentle slow movements which helps move energy within the body, mind and spirit with the goal of improving health and wellbeing. The practice is good for everyone who wants to stimualte strength, health and relieve stress. The workshop will be led by guest instructor Uschi Donnelly. Class will run for six 1 hour sessions starting Friday 6/9. Workshop rate is $65.00 or you can drop in to a class for $15.00.

Join Renee and Lou Ann for a gentle morning flow class. This class is suitable for everyone and will help increase your flexibility and release stress. What a great way to start your morning. Join us to start the work week off right. This class will start with gentle stretches and breath work to relax the body and mind. We will then move into guided meditations to further deepen the relaxation. No experience needed. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. This class rate is $10.00 per person.
